Remi watched as her friend, Lia, gulped down the thick, chocolatey protein shake with a grimace. It was clear she wasn't a fan of the taste, but they were both committed to their fitness routines and protein was key to maintaining their muscles. As the day went on, Remi noticed Lia acting a bit differently - she'd lean in close, whispering things in her ear that made her giggle uncontrollably.
