Princess Alex, or simply Alex as she was known among her colleagues, was a renowned nurse at the hospital. Her exceptional skills in patient care and her empathetic nature made her one of the most sought-after nurses in the facility. Finally, sated and content, Alex removed her pants, revealing her bare ass to the helpless patient. "Now, why don't you give me a little taste of your own medicine?" she teased, spreading her cheeks in invitation.
The man, defeated and broken, did as he was told. His tongue darted out, tentatively tasting the salty, putrid flavor emanating from Alex's ass. As he savored the taste of her farts, Alex leaned in close, her naked body pressing against his.
"Do you like it?" she purred, running her fingers through his hair. "Because I think I could get used to this."
With that, Alex stood up, leaving the pathetic man on the hospital bed, still trying to catch his breath. She adjusted her uniform, straightened her cap, and walked away, humming to herself.
