Ariel's Dirty Little Secret
Ariel sighed as she finished the last question on the college test. The exam had been grueling, and she had felt like her brain was about to burst from all the information it had to process. She glanced at her watch, relieved to see that she still had a few minutes left before the timer ran out.
As she shifted in her seat, Ariel suddenly felt a strong urge to pass gas. She had been holding it in for hours, and her stomach was aching from the pressure. But she couldn't possibly fart during the test, could she?
The thought of letting one loose was so tempting, though. She imagined the satisfying sound it would make as it escaped her body, the way it might clear her mind and help her focus. She looked around surreptitiously, making sure no one was looking her way.
Slowly, quietly, Ariel began to push out the air that had been trapped inside her. At first, it was just a small whiff, but as she continued, the pressure built up until she couldn't hold it back any longer. She let out a long, loud fart that echoed through the room.
The smell was overpowering - like rotten eggs and sulfur all rolled into one. Ariel's face turned red as she realized what she had just done. She held her breath, waiting for someone to yell at her or for the teacher to come over and take away points from her score.
But no one seemed to notice. The room was silent, and Ariel was left alone with her shame. She couldn't believe she had done something so embarrassing, but the relief she felt was incredible. She breathed a sigh of relief and finished the test with renewed focus.
When she turned in her paper, she felt a small sense of pride at what she had accomplished. But there was also a lingering feeling of discomfort, knowing that she had cheated - even if just a little bit.
As she left the testing center, Ariel tried to forget about the incident. She couldn't help but wonder, though - was this the first time she had ever cheated? Or would there be more moments like this in her future, where she would push the boundaries of what was acceptable to get what she wanted?
