As the video begins, Sarah sits at her desk, trying to concentrate on her work despite the discomfort she's in. She leans back in her chair, letting out small grunts as she feels another wave of pain wash over her. Suddenly, she realizes that she needs to release some pressure from her gut.
Without warning, Sarah lets out a loud, wet fart that echoes through the empty office.
