A Stinky Surprise Workout
The day started out like any other for Eden Hope, a fitness enthusiast who enjoyed pushing her body to its limits. She woke up early, laced up her running shoes, and headed out for a brisk morning jog. Afterward, she hit the gym for a session of intense aerobics classes that left her sweaty and satisfied.
