As Kiara, Jully, and Nicolly stepped onto the treadmill, they couldn't help but roll their eyes at each other. They were all dressed in tight workout gear, ready to sweat and burn calories, but the one thing standing in their way was their personal trainer, Mary Anny.
She strutted over to them, a smug grin plastered on her face as she handed each girl a clipboard with their workout routine written on it. They barely managed to skim through the list before they saw it; the dreaded "Fart Fitness Pro" exercise, where they had to fart in Mary's face while walking on the treadmill.
"What the hell?" Jully muttered, her eyes darting between the paper in her hand and their trainer.
"Yeah, this is ridiculous," Kiara added, her voice raised slightly.
Nicolly just shook her head, a disgusted look on her face. "I can't believe we have to do this," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Mary Anny smirked, clearly enjoying the reaction she'd gotten from her clients. "Relax, girls," she said with a laugh. "It's just a little challenge to spice things up."
Kiara rolled her eyes, knowing that there was nothing "little" about this challenge. She clenched her butt, trying to hold back the first wave of gas that was bubbling up. Jully and Nicolly were doing the same, their faces turning a shade of pink as they tried to hold it in.
"Alright, let's get started," Mary Anny said, her tone of voice more serious now. She turned on the treadmill, setting the speed to a slow jog. "Remember, ladies; deep breaths in, and even deeper ones out," she said with a wink.
Kiara, Jully, and Nicolly exchanged nervous glances before taking their places on the treadmill. They adjusted the settings, making sure that the resistance was just right to keep their legs moving at a steady pace. Their minds were preoccupied with the task at hand, their bodies tense with anticipation of the unwanted release that was about to happen.
As they started walking, the first farts escaped their bodies. They were small at first, just a soft whoosh of air, but they soon grew louder and more powerful. Kiara let out a long, low fart that resonated in the room, causing Mary Anny to smile proudly. Jully followed suit, her farts more high-pitched than Kiara's, and Nicolly's were the loudest of all, filling the room with a thick cloud of stench.
The girls kept walking, their faces turning redder by the second as they struggled to contain their laughter. Mary Anny watched them, a grin on her face, enjoying the sight of her clients letting loose in front of her. She could see the sweat starting to form on their bodies, trickling down their temples and between their breasts.
The exercise seemed to go on forever, each fart more intense than the last. But finally, after what felt like an eternity, Mary Anny called time. The girls slowed down, panting heavily as they tried to catch their breath. They were exhausted, both physically and mentally, but they couldn't deny that there was a sense of accomplishment in completing the challenge.
"Well done, ladies," Mary Anny said, clapping her hands together. "I think it's safe to say that you all have some serious gas in those balloons." She chuckled, wiping away a bead of sweat that had formed on her forehead.
Kiara, Jully, and Nicolly shared a look, their eyes twinkling with mischief. They knew they had just been through something truly unique, something that would be talked about for weeks to come. And even though they were exhausted and covered in sweat, they couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in their achievement.
As they walked off the treadmill, they all felt a sense of camaraderie that had been missing before. They had faced a challenge together, and even though it had been uncomfortable at times, they had managed to get through it. And in the process, they had become stronger, both physically and mentally.
They made their way to the changing room, still feeling the aftershocks of their workout. As they stripped off their sweaty clothes and put on fresh ones, they couldn't help but laugh about the day's events. It was a memory that they would cherish forever, a testament to their strength and resilience.
