A Nasty Breakfast Surprise
Penélope Pink and Scarlet White stepped into the seedy hotel, their heels clacking against the worn linoleum floor. The place reeked of stale cigarettes and dampness, but they were there for one reason only: the free continental breakfast included in their stay.
As they made their way towards the dining area, they couldn't help but feel a bit out of place in their tight dresses and high heels. The other guests were mostly older men who looked like they'd seen better days.
The buffet spread wasn't much to look at - just some cold cuts, cheese, and bread, along with a variety of fruits and cereals. Penélope and Scarlet helped themselves to plates and began to fill them up.
As they were about to sit down, Penélope took a sip of the coffee that was already poured for her. She grimaced immediately, realizing it was lukewarm at best. "This coffee is awful," she said, setting her cup back down on the table.
Scarlet agreed. "I don't think it's doing us any favors," she said, glancing at her own cup suspiciously. "Maybe we should stick to water or juice."
Just then, they both felt a rumble in their bellies. "I think we already missed the boat on that," Penélope said with a chuckle.
As they began to eat, the rumbling grew louder and more insistent. It wasn't long before their first farts escaped, leaving a putrid smell in the air. They both giggled awkwardly, trying to pretend it wasn't happening.
But as the meal wore on, the farting became more and more frequent. Before long, they were passing gas almost every time they swallowed. The smell was overwhelming, and they could see the other guests looking over in disgust.
Finally, Penélope had an idea. "Why don't we just fart on our food and offer it to the others?" she said with a devilish grin.
Scarlet looked at her with wide eyes. "Are you serious?" she asked.
Penélope nodded. "Why not? It's not like they're getting anything good out of this food anyway."
So, they set about farting on their plates. Penélope's were particularly pungent, causing people to gag and cover their noses. But Scarlet's were just as effective, adding a sour note to the otherwise bland meal.
As they finished eating, they looked around at the other guests. Most of them were avoiding eye contact, but some were actually reaching for their plates and taking bites of their food.
Penélope and Scarlet exchanged a look of surprise. "Well, I guess our breakfast wasn't a total waste," Penélope said, standing up to leave.
As they walked back to their room, they couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. They may have been in a crappy hotel, but they'd managed to make the best of a bad situation. And they'd definitely given the other guests something to remember them by.
