Tyrollandfarts - fating cookinig and sagging

Trying to make dinner but im so gassy and my stomach hurts so much that every time i fart the smell takes over the whole kitchen. it smells so bad im scared to eat the beans that im making because i know its only going to make me even more gassy and my stomach bubble even more.
